Transfers:
The transfer of an entity from another Resident Agent is 4-5 days
after we receive original documents from the other Resident Agent.
Usually it should not take the other Agent more than a day or two
to make everything ready for HOI to pick up documentation. You
will need to inform the actual Registered Agent that created
your company that you wish to transfer your entity to another
Resident Agent.
