Steps you need to take in order to signup with Hatfield Oak International:

How to wire transfer to your HOI Client Account

 

BFG Personal Package :

For all packages, you will need to first go through all the steps to get your account setup (steps explained below), including compliance by Hatfield Oak client department, once you are accepted as a client you will have your CLIENT ACCOUNT Activated. After the procedure is done the HOI system will automatically deduct the payment for the package you selected when funds are received via Internal Transfer, Wire Transfer or Credit card payment.

1) Click here to go to the SIGN UP Page

2) Click on STEP 3 ( III ) (Proceed to Signup --> )

3) Accept the terms and conditions

4) Fill the form with your personal details

5) in the "Select Product" section, select the package "BFG Personal"

6) in the "Method of Payment" section, select:

 a) Internal transfer 

 b) Wire Transfer: Select this if you plan to make a wire transfer from your regular bank account to your new HOI account.

 c) Credit Card : Select this if you plan to pay with your credit card.

7) Accept the terms and conditions

8) Click Submit Application.

Note that you will immediately receive your client account number and your selected password, which means that you will immediately have access to your HOI Client account which will still be in process until they receive the following:

9) Print a copy of the Application that need to be signed by the owner of the account

10) Fill up the FORM 211A (can be done directly in your Adobe Acrobat and then printed)

11) You will need to make a copy of 2 Valid Government issued IDs (Passport, Drivers License, ID), if you do not have 2 Government IDs you will need to notarize the only one you have, if you have 2 of them you do not need to notarize them.

Once your documents are received, the compliance department of Hatfield Oak will fully activate your account and you will receive your debit card to the address indicated in your Application. Also once you have access to your HOI account you can communicate directly with Hatfield Oak via the Secure Messaging System included in your account all your questions you might have regarding the process.

How to transfer your actual Panamian PIF/IBC to Hatfield Oak International :

For all packages, you will need to first go through all the steps to get your account setup (steps explained below), including compliance by Hatfield Oak client department, once you are accepted as a client you will have your CLIENT ACCOUNT Activated. After the procedure is done the HOI system will automatically deduct the payment for the package you selected when funds are received via Internal Transfer, Wire Transfer or Credit card payment.

IMPORTANT: You will need to let us know via the PIU PRIVATE MESSAGING SYSTEM that you are making a transfer in order for us to notify Hatfield Oak International, we will just need your Name you used to fill the Hatfield Oak application.

2) Click on STEP 3 ( III ) (Proceed to Signup --> )

3) Accept the terms and conditions

4) Fill the form with your personal details

5) in the "Select Product" section, select the package "BFG Personal Plus" or "BFG Personal" (the one that best suit your needs)

6) in the "Method of Payment" section, select:

 a) Internal transfer 

 b) Wire Transfer: Select this if you plan to make a wire transfer from your regular bank account to your new HOI account.

 c) Credit Card : Select this if you plan to pay with your credit card.

7) Accept the terms and conditions

8) Click Submit Application.

Note that you will immediately receive your client account number and your selected password, which means that you will immediately have access to your HOI Client account which will be still in the process until they receive the following:

9) NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO print a copy of the Application that the system requests you to print. 

10) Fill up the FORM 211A (can be done directly in your Adobe Acrobat and then printed)

11) You will need to make a copy of 2 Valid Government issued IDs (Passport, Drivers License, ID), if you do not have 2 Government IDs you will need to notarize the only one you have, if you have 2 of them you do not need to notarize them.

12) You will be contacted via the private messaging system (at this point you are able to login to your HOI Client account) included in your HOI client account, with a SPECIAL FORM for TRANSFERS OF PIF/IBC, which you will need to Fill, Print and send along with the rest of the documentation.

How to wire transfer to your HOI Account:

What Hatfield Oak will do is send you all the details you need to do the Wire Transfer on one page, including the unique Reference Number.


So you can just bring the page to your bank, or use it to find all the details you need if you are using internet banking.

Below are the easy Wire Transfer Steps:

  1. Log in to your Hatfield Client Account

  2. Find "Deposit" in the menu and select "Deposit Request"

  3. Fill out the details

  4. IMPORTANT: Remember the $25 wire transfer fee.

  5. Hit the submit button

Sometimes, based on the routing your bank uses,
the corresponding banks may charge some extra fees.
This may cause the amount that arrives to be $0-50 less than the amount sent.
Please take this into consideration when deciding the amount.

Within one working day you will receive the instructions in your CMS or Private Message System inside your Hatfield Oak Account, including the amount and Reference Number.
